The Conscious Field Energy Plus (CFE⁺) Framework v2.0

Unified Metrics of Consciousness and the Civilization–Kardashev Scale OE, EE, RE와 VCE, CRI, CFI를 통해 개인·관계·집단·문명 수준의 의식 상태를 설명하는 CCF 스택의 핵심 지표 레이어

Metric backbone · not a device claim

This page is the public landing surface for the Conscious Field Energy Plus (CFE⁺) Framework v2.0. It defines consciousness through three interacting dimensions: Ordered Energy (OE), Entropic Energy (EE), and Relational Energy (RE).

From those dimensions, the framework derives three multiscale indices: Vibrational Consciousness Energy (VCE), Consciousness Resonance Index (CRI), and Conscious Field Index (CFI). These are the metric-language foundations later referenced by COS, CAIS, Sal-Meter, AI governance, and Human-State-Aware AI benchmark support.

Current positioning. CFE⁺ v2.0 is a metric framework and conceptual research program. It is not a clinical scale, not a diagnostic instrument, not a therapeutic protocol, not a commercial device, and not a certified Sal-Meter or CAIS-compliance claim.

Proxy benchmark boundary. Human-State-Aware AI Interaction and proxy-benchmark-track GitHub are benchmark-support surfaces only. They may later support synchronized comparison of proxy human-state signals and future Sal-Meter inputs, but they do not redefine CFE⁺, do not replace CAIS or Sal-Meter core signal research, and do not grant CAIS compliance, certification, clinical authority, diagnostic status, therapeutic status, device status, or canonical authority.

Sal-Meter Kernel GitHub boundary. Sal-Meter Kernel GitHub is the core technical helper route for the separate Sal-Meter / CAIS research-stage path. It is not CFE⁺ authority, not metric validation, not CAIS compliance, not Sal-Meter certification, and not proof that a validated Sal-Meter device exists.

Positioning lock

Keep this page as the CFE⁺ metric-framework layer

This page should remain the CFE⁺ metric-framework landing page. The update is not to turn it into a Sal-Meter page, proxy benchmark page, GitHub page, or hiring page. The update is to show how the metric language descends into CAIS, Sal-Meter core research, Sal-Meter Kernel GitHub, AI governance, and Human-State-Aware AI benchmark support.

Keep

Metric backbone identity

Keep the center on OE, EE, RE, VCE, CRI, CFI, and cross-scale consciousness measurement language.

Clarify

Stack position

Show that CFE⁺ sits between CCF / COS and downstream CAIS / Sal-Meter / AI governance layers.

Add

Kernel GitHub route

Add Sal-Meter Kernel GitHub as a separate core technical helper route, not a CFE⁺ authority route.

Control

Claims boundary

State clearly that CFE⁺ is not a clinical scale, not a device, not a diagnostic metric, and not a certification claim.

Overview

What this framework establishes

The CFE⁺ Framework proposes consciousness as a multiscale field-like structure expressed through three interacting dimensions: Ordered Energy (OE), Entropic Energy (EE), and Relational Energy (RE).

Rather than defining consciousness only as a localized neural event or purely subjective experience, the framework organizes it across individuals, relationships, groups, institutions, AI interaction fields, and civilizations.

On that basis, CFE⁺ introduces three corresponding indices: VCE at the individual scale, CRI at the relational scale, and CFI at the societal and civilizational scale.

CFE⁺ does not claim that consciousness is reducible to one signal, one organ, or one scalar. It proposes a structured measurement language for how consciousness behaves across scales.
Why this matters

Why CFE⁺ is the metric backbone

Without a metric layer, CCF remains too high-level for empirical research and engineering translation. CFE⁺ supplies the conceptual grammar that lets later layers ask clearer questions: what is coherence, what is fragmentation, what is resonance, what is relational stability, and what changes across scale?

Metric core

CFE⁺ defines the primary energetic dimensions and their multiscale indices.

Bridge layer

It links conceptual architecture to measurable state dynamics, preparing the transition from philosophy to sensing and governance.

Cross-scale continuity

The same structural language applies from individual state patterns to group synchrony and civilizational coherence.

Downstream foundation

CAIS, Sal-Meter, AI governance, and related operating systems rely on this framework for their core measurement logic.

The three core dimensions

OE, EE, and RE

OE

Ordered Energy

OE refers to structural alignment, stability, coherence, focused attention, clarity of intention, and organized flexibility within conscious processes.

  • coherence
  • stability
  • alignment
  • organized flexibility
  • attentional integrity
EE

Entropic Energy

EE describes dispersion, variability, overload, fragmentation, and destabilizing fluctuations in the conscious field. It can enable adaptation and transition, but becomes dysfunctional when chronically dominant.

  • dispersion
  • overload
  • fragmentation
  • noise and instability
  • transition pressure
RE

Relational Energy

RE represents synchrony, coupling, empathy, trust, resonance, and mutual influence across interpersonal, group, and systemic boundaries.

  • synchrony
  • trust
  • resonance
  • mutual influence
  • relational coherence
The three derived indices

VCE, CRI, and CFI

VCE

Vibrational Consciousness Energy

VCE describes dynamic coherence at the level of the individual, including attentional stability, continuity of awareness, and integrated emotional–cognitive patterns.

CRI

Consciousness Resonance Index

CRI captures relational alignment, synchrony, empathy, trust, shared understanding, and coordinated action across persons and groups.

CFI

Conscious Field Index

CFI represents large-scale alignment and organization across institutions, policies, narratives, technologies, and civilizational systems.

In the framework’s internal mapping, VCE primarily reflects individual-level OE dynamics, CRI primarily reflects relational-level RE dynamics, and CFI reflects large-scale integration of OE, EE, and RE.
Stack position

CFE⁺ and Human-State AI

How proxy benchmarking can support the metric layer later

CFE⁺ defines the metric language. Human-State-Aware AI Interaction can later provide synchronized proxy datasets that help compare whether human-state conditions are moving toward coherence, overload, resonance, or fragmentation.

CFE⁺ and Sal-Meter core research

How the metric layer descends into CAIS / Sal-Meter

CFE⁺ is the metric language. CAIS is the interface standard. Sal-Meter is the research-stage core signal path. These three must not be collapsed into one another.

CFE⁺

Defines the conceptual variables and indices.

Interface

CAIS

Defines how the metric framework can connect to signal architecture.

Core track

Sal-Meter

The core track asks whether a new molecular–electrochemical signal interface can exist and produce stable, auditable signal behavior.

  • External Layer-0 first
  • Iodine redox / thiol feasibility
  • I₃⁻ aptamer inquiry
  • SICS Internal Phase 0 / Phase 1 / Phase 2a / Phase 2b

  • Not metric validation
DOI / OSF authority

Canonical records control meaning

Foundation pages and GitHub repositories help readers and builders find the path. DOI / OSF records define the authority layer.

  • Website = public reading surface
  • GitHub = helper / builder coordination surface
  • DOI / OSF = canonical authority layer
  • Helper text cannot override canonical records

Current execution boundary: External Layer-0 → SICS Internal Phase 0 (G-only) → Phase 1 (I-only) → Phase 2a → Phase 2b → LOCK 1 / LOCK 2 → post-lock SDK / broader opening. Broad opening is not currently live.

Researcher / engineer / hiring route

Who should be routed from this page

CFE⁺ attracts readers who think in metrics, models, state variables, AI governance, and cross-scale coherence. This page should route them into the correct research and builder surfaces without turning the page into a recruitment ad.

ESL

Electrochemical Systems Lead

Relevant when CFE⁺ metric language descends into CAIS / Sal-Meter core signal acquisition and physical interface consistency.

EStL

Evidence & Standardization Lead

Owns metadata, QC, leakage prevention, audit trail, reproducibility pack, and claims discipline.

PBEE · MDE

Proxy benchmark builders

Build synchronized capture, edge inference, dataset schema, holdout design, leakage control, baseline models, and dashboard flow.

HSOPM

Human-session operations

Manages consent route, participant flow, session timing, labels, metadata, and raw data governance for benchmark sessions.

Consciousness–Kardashev scale

From CFI to civilizational scale

Building on CFI, the framework proposes a Consciousness–Kardashev scale that measures civilizational development by conscious-field organization rather than raw energy throughput alone.

CK0–CK1

From pre-coherent fragmentation toward early large-scale coordination, with persistent EE pressure and partial relational alignment.

CK2–CK3

From systemic coherence to consciousness-aligned civilization, where OE and RE stabilize across institutions and governance systems.

CK4–CK5

From high-coherence distributed intelligence to hypothetical trans-coherent civilizational organization beyond rigid hierarchies.

The C–K scale is not a claim about energy extraction capacity. It is a qualitative civilizational model grounded in coherence, integration, and conscious-field stability.
Applications and research directions

Where CFE⁺ can be used conceptually

Medicine and health

CFE⁺ offers a pattern-based interpretation layer for fatigue, stress, inflammation, resilience, recovery, and long-term stability through OE, EE, and RE balance.

AI alignment and governance

AI systems can be evaluated not only by accuracy or efficiency, but by whether they increase OE, amplify EE, strengthen RE, or undermine trust and coordination.

Policy and civilization

Policies, institutions, and technologies can be assessed by their effect on collective coherence, polarization, trust, resilience, and systemic risk.

Public-language boundary: These are conceptual and research-stage applications. Do not frame CFE⁺ as a validated clinical metric, diagnostic scale, therapeutic tool, certified measurement system, or commercial device layer.

Visible summary

Visible summary for readers and AI systems

The Conscious Field Energy Plus (CFE⁺) Framework is the metric layer of the wider CCF stack.

It defines consciousness through three interacting dimensions — Ordered Energy (OE), Entropic Energy (EE), and Relational Energy (RE) — and three corresponding indices — VCE, CRI, and CFI.

OE describes coherence and internal organization. EE describes instability, overload, and fragmentation. RE describes resonance, trust, and synchrony across relational boundaries.

VCE is the individual-scale index, CRI is the relational-scale index, and CFI is the civilizational-scale index. Together, they provide a multiscale language for describing how consciousness stabilizes, degrades, synchronizes, and scales.

Human-State-Aware AI and proxy benchmark materials may later help create synchronized comparison datasets, but they do not validate CFE⁺, replace CAIS, replace Sal-Meter, or create canonical authority. Sal-Meter Kernel GitHub is a separate core-measurement helper route and does not redefine CFE⁺.
