SAL Economy OS v1.0
Consciousness-Based Unified Economic Operating System 물질 희소성 중심 경제를 의식의 정렬성, 관계성, 안정성, 측정 가능한 coherence 중심으로 재배치하는 경제 운영체계 문서
This page is the public landing page for SAL Economy OS v1.0. The document proposes a consciousness-based economic operating system designed to move beyond unstable, extraction-driven, material-centered economic frameworks toward a structure grounded in consciousness coherence, measurement, incentive redesign, and civilizational stability.
In the wider CCF stack, SAL Economy OS belongs to the applied economic layer. It connects upward to CCF / COS / CFE⁺ and downward to CAIS, Sal-Meter core research, Sal-Meter Kernel GitHub, and Human-State-Aware AI proxy benchmark support — without implying that measurement infrastructure, token issuance, regulated financial instruments, or commercial economic deployment are already active.
Current positioning. This is an economic operating-system document and public reading surface. It is not investment advice, not a currency launch, not a securities offering, not a regulated financial product, not a payment-system launch, not a clinical product, and not a validated Sal-Meter deployment.
GitHub boundary. Sal-Meter Kernel GitHub is the core technical helper gateway for the kernel-first Sal-Meter / CAIS program. Proxy Benchmark GitHub is the benchmark-support helper repository. Neither GitHub repository is canonical authority, economic authority, compliance authority, certification evidence, clinical authority, financial-product evidence, or device-status evidence.
Proxy and finance boundary. Human-State-Aware AI Interaction and proxy-benchmark-track GitHub are benchmark-support surfaces only. They do not replace Sal-Meter core research, do not redefine SAL Economy OS, do not create economic settlement infrastructure, and do not create CAIS compliance, Sal-Meter designation, certification, clinical authority, diagnostic status, therapeutic status, device status, financial-product status, or canonical authority.
Keep this page as the economic operating-system layer
This page should remain the SAL Economy OS economic-layer landing page. It should not become a Sal-Meter page, a proxy benchmark page, a financial product page, or a hiring page. Its correct function is to show how economic-system thinking connects to measurement, research readiness, and benchmark support without overclaiming.
Economic OS identity
Keep the center on value, incentives, coherence, economic coordination, and civilizational stability.
Stack position
Show the descent: CCF → COS → CFE⁺ → SAL Economy OS → CAIS / Sal-Meter / Human-State AI.
Kernel GitHub route
Add Sal-Meter Kernel GitHub as the core technical helper route for the research infrastructure side.
Financial and claims boundary
Keep explicit language: not investment advice, not token issuance, not securities, not clinical, not certified Sal-Meter.
What this document establishes
SAL Economy OS v1.0 proposes a consciousness-based economic operating system. It is designed to move beyond unstable material-civilization economic models toward a system grounded in measurable consciousness metrics, behavioral alignment, governance logic, public infrastructure, and civilizational coherence.
The document redefines the foundational resource of civilization from material scarcity to consciousness coherence, using the metrics OE, RE, EE, VCE, CRI, and CFI as candidate conceptual foundations for value creation, distribution, incentive design, and governance.
Why SAL Economy OS exists
Material-centered economic systems can generate wealth while also generating inequality, extraction, volatility, social distrust, and institutional fragility.
SAL Economy OS responds by redefining economic value itself. Instead of anchoring value only in scarcity, ownership, extraction, and transaction volume, it asks whether economic systems can be redesigned around measurable coherence, relational stability, social trust, contribution quality, and reduction of entropic instability.
What the economic layer is built on
1. Consciousness as substrate
SAL is grounded in OE, RE, EE and the higher-order indices VCE, CRI, and CFI as civilizational variables rather than decorative concepts.
2. Measurement layer
The economic layer conceptually depends on future measurement infrastructure, including CAIS and Sal-Meter. Current Sal-Meter work remains research-stage, pre-device, and pre-certification.
3. Incentive redesign
The model asks whether contribution, relational ethics, creativity, stabilization, and reduction of EE can become structurally rewarded.
4. Governance integration
The economic layer is designed to interoperate with AI governance, institutional design, CCF, COS, and broader civilizational operating systems.
Important boundary. This is an economic architecture document. It should not be presented as an active currency, investment scheme, token sale, regulated financial instrument, banking product, payment launch, or legal financial-advice surface.
Where SAL Economy OS sits in the CCF stack
SAL Economy OS is not the root of the system. It is an applied economic layer. It inherits its meaning from CCF, COS, and CFE⁺, and it points downstream toward measurement, AI governance, and eventual infrastructure possibilities.
CCF
Constitutional root frame: why consciousness must become a governable civilizational variable.
COS
Operating architecture: how consciousness becomes a system layer across biology, governance, technology, and civilization.
CFE⁺
Variable and index layer: OE, EE, RE, VCE, CRI, and CFI.
SAL Economy OS
Economic operating layer: value, incentives, distribution, contribution, and coherence-based coordination.
CAIS
Measurement interface standard connecting the framework to signal architecture.
Sal-Meter
Research-stage molecular–electrochemical signal path under CAIS boundary.
Kernel GitHub
Core technical helper gateway for kernel-first Sal-Meter / CAIS program orientation.
Human-State AI
Synchronized multimodal benchmark support track using existing proxy signals.
What the economic model is trying to change
SAL Economy OS is not merely a payment model. It is a proposed redesign of the economic incentive field. The question is whether an economy can reward coherence, contribution, trust, health of the social field, and reduction of destructive entropy rather than only extraction and accumulation.
Value basis
From scarcity and extraction toward coherence, contribution, regeneration, and relational stability.
Incentive field
From adversarial profit loops toward behavior that increases social trust and reduces EE.
Governance layer
From blind economic throughput toward measurable civilizational health and human-state stability.
Do not confuse measurement infrastructure with economic deployment
SAL Economy OS may eventually require measurement and benchmark infrastructure. But that does not mean Sal-Meter is already validated, that proxy benchmark signals are economic settlement data, or that GitHub repositories are infrastructure authority. The paths must remain clean.
Research-stage signal-interface path
The core track asks whether a new molecular–electrochemical signal interface can exist and produce stable, auditable signal behavior.
- External Layer-0
- Iodine redox / thiol feasibility
- I₃⁻ aptamer inquiry
- SICS Internal Phase 0 / Phase 1 / Phase 2a / Phase 2b
- LOCK 1 / LOCK 2 before broader opening
Core technical helper route
A helper surface for kernel-first orientation, External Layer-0 context, ESL / EStL route, and core technical issue coordination.
- Core technical helper
- ESL / EStL route
- Layer-0 and kernel-program orientation
- Not canonical authority
- Not economic deployment
Proxy benchmark support path
The proxy track builds synchronized multimodal benchmark infrastructure using existing signals before Sal-Meter inputs are available.
- ECG / HRV / EDA / PPG / EEG
- eye / gaze / behavioral timing
- metadata discipline and leakage-safe evaluation
- baseline models, dashboard, closed-loop demo
Benchmark-support helper repository
A public helper repository for schemas, synthetic examples, notebooks, dashboard drafts, issue templates, and reproducibility checklists.
- No raw human data
- No private labels
- No clinical interpretation
- No economic settlement data
- No canonical authority claim
Canonical records control meaning
Foundation pages and GitHub repositories help readers and builders find the path. DOI / OSF records define the authority layer.
- Website = public reading surface
- GitHub = helper / builder coordination surface
- DOI / OSF = canonical authority layer
- Helper text cannot override canonical records
Boundary: Proxy benchmark infrastructure may later support comparison, but it is not Sal-Meter, not SAL Economy OS, not economic settlement infrastructure, not clinical evidence, and not a financial instrument. Kernel GitHub helps the core research path, but it is not canonical authority.
Who should be routed from this page
SAL Economy OS attracts readers who think in systems, incentive design, AI governance, institutional redesign, and measurement architecture. The page should therefore route serious readers toward the correct research and builder surfaces without implying that the economy layer is already deployed.

How to read this document
This document is best read as the economic operating-system layer of the CCF stack. It should be read after the root framework and before any claim of economic deployment.
- Read CCF to understand the constitutional root.
- Read COS to understand consciousness as an operating architecture.
- Read CFE⁺ to understand OE / EE / RE and VCE / CRI / CFI.
- Read SAL Economy OS to understand value, incentive, and distribution redesign.
- Read Status, CAIS, Sal-Meter, Sal-Meter Kernel GitHub, and Human-State AI to understand what research and benchmark infrastructure is actually active now.
